Sebastian Hess isn't exactly human, although he is fairly unassuming. He's a general practitioner who does some very controversial work for several women's clinics (family planning centers). Some would consider Dr. Hess to be a humanitarian and strong women's rights activist. Others would consider him a murderer. He likes to think of himself as an opportunist. Whatever you call him, he's definitely somewhat odd.

Although he lives alone, the good doctor takes a lot of pride in his home. It's kept impeccably neat, and his design aesthetic is rather soft. He does like to have flowers in his garden.
